I left a voicemail regarding this at 8:30am this morning. My son has been running a fever for 3 days and as of today will miss day 2 of the camp already. What options do we have to either get a refund or get him registered for another camp this summer? He has done the Ed McCaffrey camps in the past and truly loves it, so I really want to get something for the money I’ve already paid. Please advise as soon as possible.
Thank you,
Shawna Shaffer

I registered my son for the 2013 open camp a while back. It looks like we will be out of town that week in June. I have a friend who’s son would like to go in his place. The only thing is her son would rather do the elite camp. Is it possible to pay the difference for the elite camp and have her son take my sons spot?
Please let me know ASAP. Thank you.

Below is a message that I sent to Judy Atencio and I have yet to hear a response from her. Isaac will not be able to attend the 2011 camp. Please respond to my message that I am sending to you. I think you need to train your volunteers better in responding to e-mails and phone calls. If I do not hear from you in the next day or two I will personally write a letter to Ed McCaffery and come to the camp the first day to talk with him. I will also going to contact Channel 7 news on this issue.
Judy,
I do apolize, but I seem to causing confusion. Let me start from the beginning: Last June 2011 after the football camp I registered my grandson for the 2012 camp. I did say to the women who was taking my registration that I had a concern being a year out before the camp. So I asked her if I could get a full refund if for some reason Isaac would not be able to attend the camp and she said she saw no problem. So I registered Isaac, at that time the only thing I got was my receipt for the credit card that I put the fee on. On July 28th I receive a confirmatin via my e-mail, there is no where on that confirmation stating the refund policy. If it had stated it I would have called my credit card company and disputed the charge.
Thank you

Hi Carol,
This is the Ed McCaffrey Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Payment for the camp is due in full upon registration. $100 of the total payment is non-refundable. Partial refunds will be given if we are notified of the cancellation prior to June 1. There will be no refunds for cancellations received on or after June 1. There are no exceptions to this rule.
But, we are still hopeful Isacc will be able to attend the camp. If for some reason he does not attend we will determine whether or not we will be able to offer a full refund upon the completion of the camp. All partial or full refunds if approved will be awarded upon the completion of the camp.
Please call us at 303-675-8787 with anymore questions.
Thanks,

My name is Carolyn Drotar, I signed my grandson up last year after the 2011 camp for this years 2012 camp. Something has come up and he will more than likely not be able to attend the 2012 camp. I would like to know if I can receive a refund. His name is Isaac DiTirro age 15
Thank you
